A Syngonium with arrow-shaped, light green leaves covered in pink spots and splashes. On 'Confetti' the pattern is different on every leaf: some have a few pink flecks, others a large pink patch.
Water when the top few centimetres of soil are dry, roughly once a week. Don't leave it standing in water. Bright, indirect light keeps the pink strong. It copes with a dimmer spot, but new leaves come out greener there. Keep it above 16 °C and away from cold draughts.
Grows fast in spring and summer. Young plants are bushy, then the stems get longer and start to climb or trail. Give it a moss pole to grow upwards, or let it hang from a shelf. Over a few years it can reach about a metre. Pinch the long stems if you want it to stay bushy. Cuttings root easily in water.
Syngoniums grow wild in the rainforests of Central and South America. Toxic to cats and dogs if eaten. Ships in a 6 cm pot.
