A polka dot plant with soft pink leaves. On 'Confetti Compact Pink' the pink covers most of each leaf, with green along the veins and in small spots. It is a compact form that stays shorter and bushier than the plain species.
Water when the top of the soil feels dry. If it dries out the leaves droop, but they stand back up within a few hours of watering. Give it bright, indirect light: in a dim spot the stems stretch and the pink fades. Keep it above 15 °C.
Grows fast into a bushy plant about 20 to 30 cm tall. Pinch the tips every few weeks to keep it full. Small lilac flowers can appear. Pinch those off too, because the plant gets leggy after flowering. Cuttings root easily in water.
Native to the forests of Madagascar. Non-toxic to cats and dogs. Ships in a 6 cm pot.
